We started in Portugal with the mission to connect recruiters.
We want to share the best recruitment practices for we can elevate the recruitment in Portugal.

Our Vision

We want to create a community based on open conversations, empowering people to share their own experiences and relevant information about the main themes and scourges related to our daily work life.

Our community is for Recruiters, Hiring Managers, People & Culture professionals, Employer Branding professionals and others who want to share their stories, practices and experiences to nurture the recruitment industry, however, we do not deny access to anyone, if you don’t work in this field but are interested in it, we will be happy to receive you.

Recruit Better Community wants to revolutionise the way recruiters look into recruitment, by creating a space where they feel free and empowered to share their stories, experiences, best practices, trends, hacks, approaches and strategies with peers.

We seek to be disruptive, promote challenges and events that have never been created in our market, bring international guests with other skills and/or experiences in more mature markets to learn from, always with the aim to learn more but with fun in the mix.

We’ve created a Slack Recruit Better Community Channel that enables people to share tips, showcase their best thinking, get support, share knowledge and help both professionals and students.
